In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Affiliated Transactions of Banking and Insurance Institutions (Order No. 1 [2022] of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission), information on the affiliated transactions of Tullett Prebon SITICO (China) Limited (the "Company") for the second quarter of 2024 is hereby collectively disclosed as follows:

As at the end of June 2024, the cumulative commission in 2024 for money brokerage services effected between the Company's affiliates, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., and the Company has exceeded 5% of the Company's net capital as at the end of the previous quarter, constituting major affiliated transactions. Therefore, the Company has conducted a review in accordance with the relevant regulatory requirements and its own policies.
