Tullett Prebon SITICO (China) Limited Announcement on the Replacement of Accounting Firm for 2023

According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Finance of China, financial enterprises shall not continuously engage the same accounting firm for more than five years in principle. Since 2018, Tullett Prebon SITICO (China) Limited has engaged Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP for five years.

Upon deliberation and approval by the Board of Directors, Tullett Prebon SITICO (China) Limited has decided to engage KPMG Huazhen LLP as the Company's external auditor from the audit of the financial statements for 2023.

It is hereby announced.
