Upon resolution and agreement by the Board of Directors of Tullett Prebon SITICO (China) Limited (hereinafter referred as "the Company") and approval of the post qualifications by the Shanghai Office of the National Financial Regulatory Administration, Mr. Zhu Jiaqian, Director and General Manager of the Company, took the office on December 27, 2023.
