1. Develop and improve the operational risk management system and procedures;
2. Guide and supervise various departments in proactively managing operational risks, including identification, assessment, monitoring, and control/mitigation;
3. Organize departments to conduct operational risk and control self-assessments, and apply the assessment results to risk assessments, performance appraisals, procedure optimization, and risk reports;
4. Organize the collection of operational risk and loss incidents, verify incident details, and propose handling suggestions;
5. Organize operational risk inspections and assessments, promptly and adequately identify problems, propose improvement suggestions, and oversee remediation;
6. Organize and prepare operational risk management reports as well as special reports on material operational events, and submit them as required;
7. Assess operational risks when the company plans to expand into new business areas, launch new products, or when major changes occur in existing business products, and provide review opinions;
8. Organize and conduct operational risk management training, testing, and cultural dissemination;
9. Formulate and improve business continuity management policies, procedures, and systems, coordinate daily business continuity management, enhance business continuity plans, lead business continuity drills, assessments, and improvements, and implement reporting requirements;
10. Carry out other operational risk management-related tasks.
